Our Instructors
All instructors at Mandarin Global possess a strong professional background in teaching Chinese as a second language. Each holds either a degree in Teaching Chinese as a Second Language or a Teaching Certificate for Mandarin Chinese issued by the Ministry of Education. They are deeply committed to the mission of language education and dedicated to guiding learners through a transformative journey filled with challenges and personal growth.
Ting-Yu Chou
Founder/Instructor
I hold a BA and MA in Teaching Chinese as a Second/Foreign Language from Ming Chuan University, and an MA in the same field from Saginaw Valley State University. I’m certified by Taiwan’s Ministry of Education and hold international qualifications from TQUK and the TCSOL Institute to teach Mandarin globally.
Yu-Hsin Chen

I hold a BA in Teaching Chinese as a Second Language from Ming Chuan University and an MA in the same field from National Taiwan Normal University. I’m certified by Taiwan’s Ministry of Education and qualified to teach Mandarin internationally.
